Student Resources for AP

The 2023 AP® Exam administration is around the corner. As your students prepare for their upcoming AP Exams, remind them that:

No matter their score, taking an AP course and exam shows colleges they're willing to challenge themselves by completing college-level coursework.

Taking an AP Exam for the first time can be intimidating. Knowing what to expect can help students feel more comfortable. Share this blog post to help them gain confidence and prepare.

AP Daily: Practice Sessions

Help your students build confidence for their AP Exams by encouraging them to watch AP Daily: Practice Sessions. This new series is focused on practicing free-response and multiple-choice questions for AP courses that offer them.

Sessions are 15 minutes each.

Two sets of video recordings for each course will be released—the first set on April 17 and a second set on April 24. Both sets of videos will be posted on YouTube and in AP Classroom and can be watched at any time before the AP Exams.

The 2023 practice sessions aren’t available for AP Seminar, AP Research, AP Art and Design, and AP World Languages. However, videos on the Review page under Course Resources in AP Classroom are excellent preparation resources for these courses.

The free resources in AP Classroom can help students review material, check their understanding, get quick feedback on their areas of strength, and see where they need more practice.

Reviewing free-response questions from last year, if their exam has them, can help students get familiar with the kinds of questions they'll see on the exam. Visit the Exam Preparation section of the About the Exam tab of the course page to check if free-response questions are available.
